I think for a rental building it's pretty solid. There has been word that this might be starting construction as word is there is some construction equipment on site. I haven't seen so myself to confirm, but if so that would be great for East Village.

The last time I saw the site a week ago, they were clearing everything out. Ground breaking can't be too far off now.

So with Verve, the podium of Arris and the Library all well underway, N3 and the Hilton basically done, Studio Bell, First, Simons Block and the St. Louis all finished up and now the Hat, Ink and the Alt Hotel firing up how many major projects are left for the EV?

There is East Village Court (directly south of Evolution) though, it is in redesign, so not sure where it will end up. There is the rest of the block Verve (619, 625, 695)

Someone can correct me on this, but I believe, the rest of the lots aren't CMLC lots, so there could be potentially anything in the works.
