The proposed multifamily development encompasses two residential towers above a 2-storey retail podium.

Second and third floors are designed to permit a number of potential uses, including retail, office, residential

amenity and support commercial services. This will ensure a flexible and adaptable series of uses can be

accommodated within these floor areas.

- The East tower has 405 units, and has a FAR of 9.21, 24, 638 sq ft retail (3 CRUs)

- The West tower has 461 units and has a FAR of 10.90, 30,354 sq ft retail (2 CRUs)
