Located in downtown Calgary, Dominion Centre will convert 11 storeys of office space into 132 apartment units. The tower conversion will contribute to Calgary’s ambitious evolution of its downtown and the city’s goals to densify the core with housing. The existing curtainwall system will be reused but adapted with new operable windows, metal fascia, and fritted graphics for a modern, and dramatic exterior refresh of this forty plus year old high-rise building.
