West Village Towers takes up a full city block bounded by 8th Avenue, 9th Avenue, 10th Street and 11th Street. The project website shows the architectural expression of the three glazed towers, with each crowned by a slanted translucent roofline evoking the peaks of the Rockies.

NORR Architects' Calgary and Dubai offices, including architect Yahya Jan, designed the complex, which would also include office and retail space in the base. A series of sloped spaces situated on the podium, punctuated by greenery and outdoor seating areas, demonstrates some of the amenities planned for residents.
