We haven't dedicated an individual construction story to Lamb Development's 6th and Tenth project since January, when the 31-storey tower had reached its structural conclusion. But new photos from our Forum present a closer look at the development's finer details, particularly the podium, which is shaping up nicely.

The two-toned black and white tower has instantly become a conspicuous landmark for the Beltline, even before the extensive landscaping and public realm program is executed. Renderings indicate a sweeping pool-appointed terrace atop the podium structure, with plenty of lounging options for residents. This perched private perspective complements the public plaza on the ground, which will be characterized by water features, greenery and long benches.

The 230 unit interiors embrace a raw aesthetic defined by exposed concrete ceilings and walls, which are further accented by stone kitchen countertops and pre-engineered wood flooring. With the building now sealed from the elements, crews can focus on installing the interior fixtures.

The narrow vertical window expression on the podium has come together, while the surrounding ground-level space continues to be used as a construction staging area. The building's staggered balcony effect is especially pronounced when looking from below. More details about the project's public realm can be read in a previous article, where we sat down with CORE Architects' principal Babak Eslahjou to understand the architectural vision behind the development.
