Last month Calgary's Beltline neighbourhood welcomed a new apartment building into the fold. Versus, a two-tower, 444-unit development is now complete and open for business and tenants. The project, developed by One Properties and designed by Kirkor Architects, had been under construction for two years but is now finished and residents have started moving in.
We caught up with Vladimir Matic, Leasing Consultant with Versus, and he was kind enough to give a tour of the buildings. The first thing that catches the eye is the brightly lit and elegant main lobby on 10th Avenue.
The building offers a number of amenities, such as social rooms, outdoor patios, and fitness areas on the brightly lit south side of the building.
There are a number of social rooms offered as well. There's area for games that includes access to an outdoor patio, another social room just for gatherings, and a large social area complete with kitchen.
Outdoor common spaces are becoming more popular in new developments, and these are also offered at Versus, with two outdoor patios on the 3rd level: one on the north side and one on the south side. All social and fitness areas have access to outdoor patio spaces.
The residential units are well lit and accompanied by large balconies, with wrap-around balconies on corner units. Those who love views won't be disappointed by what's on offer at Versus.
