I've seen those tiles used before, but don't know what they are called. IIRC, they pour concrete over top of them.What's with the tiling? That's one swanky parking garage.

Great shots! I don't know if it's the angle of photos, or maybe I'm just not perceiving the scale of it correctly, but the core seems small for a building of this height, a dual-use building at that.

Yeah I've been thinking the same thing, but I guess they'll make it work somehow!
It's definitely a small core. I think the building, especially the top of it will be very slender.

Ok, I see from those photos now that there's a second core rising beneath the first. Interesting, I've never seen one built that way before.
