Damn the photo's look amazing. I've been looking forward to this project since it was announced. Sadly I've moved back across the country so I'll have to wait until my next visit out west to go check it out.

I wonder what developer it's been sold to. There's some additional good mixed-used potential especially with the Trinity Hills development going on nearby.
Plus it is in a pretty prominent location being right by one of the main exit points of downtown. It will be noticeable along Memorial and Edmonton Trail especially for its height. I hope it turns out well because it would be a big boost to the skyline if it does.
Per the CPC's agenda for next week, a DP for a 90 unit multi-res building in Ramsay on 8th St - just south of 9th Ave and the CPR tracks called "River's Edge"
